Terms and Conditions


These are general hotel policies for Pocoloco Hotel:

  • Check-in: After 1pm and later
  • Check-out: Latest 12pm
  • Children and extra beds
  • One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
  • Pets are allowed after arrangements.


In order for your booking to be valid, a deposit will be requested.

For bookings made for any number of days, a deposit of 30% will be requested.

All bookings are in “pending” situation until we have received your deposit for the specified booking.

NO booking is considered “confirmed” until we have received a deposit or full payment of the booking made.


All payments (full payment, deposit) can be made by Bank Deposit or by Credit Card.

You will be requested to pay the remaining amount for your booking (full amount minus deposit) upon your arrival to the hotel.

Payment can be made by cash or by credit card.

Accepted credit cards: Visa, Mastercard


Due to the fact that the hotel has very few rooms, and our policy is strictly, first book – first serve.

In case of Cancellation of up to 20 days prior to your arrival, you will be refunded your deposit in full.

In case of Cancellation from 19-10 days prior to your arrival, you will NOT be refunded your deposit.

In case of NO SHOW or Cancellation 5 days prior to your arrival, you will be charged 100% of your total booking amount.

You can reply to the email in the confirmation email sent to you upon your booking.

You may also contact us directly.


If you decide to pay via Credit Card, then we will request that you forward us your Credit Card details via a secure web page (Name, Surname, Card Number, Expiry date, CVV number).


Are taxes included in the room rates?

Yes, pricing information provided by our online Reservation System is final and inclusive of all taxes. However, this DOES NOT include any applicable hotel service fees, charges for optional supplements (such as restaurant, bar or telephone calls). The hotel will assess these fees, charges, and surcharges upon check-out.

Do I have to pay the room in advance?

A deposit amount is due in order to make your reservation final.

What types of credit card are accepted?

Visa, MasterCard

I do not have a credit card. Can I still book a Room?

Yes, you can also pay be Bank Deposit. We will require that the booking is paid in full. In case of any cancellation, you will be refunded according to the above mentioned. You may also contact us directly for further information concerning this matter.

How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?

You will receive an email stating that your reservation has been confirmed. You may also receive a telephone from our hotel.

I have booked a hotel but I did not receive a confirmation. What do I have to do?

How can I cancel or change my booking?

How do I know that my booking has been cancelled?
